if You haven't tried this product, it is great for giving flavor to all types of food, esp vegs, salads, etc. This page has the nutritional info; also sells the product. I trust I am not in violation of the guidelines here:

http://www.bragg.com/products/la.html

I AM IN NO WAY SUGGESTING PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SITE. I POST IT FOR NUTRITIONAL INFO ONLY.

That oughta do it :>)

It has some sodium, but compare it to the same serving size of table salt:

http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/spices-and-herbs/216/2

The liquid animos serving size is 1/2 the table salt so adjust accordingly BUT a spray or two of the Braggs is all You need and it would take several sprays indeed to make a teaspoon. Way, way more than needed to flavor a serving of the food at hand.

With a sharing heart,

gyps

Love Braggs...have been using it for years! I use it in recipes in place of soy sauce, nobody can tell the difference. You can pick it up at Kroger in the Health Food section also.
