AArrggghhhhh...I've only been a member a week and already I'm addicted! I could have done a whole load more exercise and calorie burn today but find myself logging back in to have another look at the message boards and see what my new friends are up to! :flowerforyou:

Does anyone else feel the same?

I completely feel the same way. But I only let myself log in after I've done my work-out for the day, or several other tasks. MFP has become my "treat"/"reward" instead of a cookie. Ha. Welcome, and good luck with your new addiction!

Yes! I've been here since Jan and seem to be falling deeper and deeper into the addiction hole! I guess it's better than a food addiction though.

Same here! Whenever I feel bored or anxious or craving bad foods, I come here to see what the latest postings are and comment on blogs. It helps me stay on track 24/7, so I guess it's not a bad addiction to have!:ohwell:

Totally, totally agree... I enjoy viewing everyone's thoughts. It is like reading your sister's diary. :-) Plus you get to add to it..can't beat it.

I have been enjoying tracking my exercise and food logs.. the carrot that drives us on...

Me to!!! I started in January and am completely obssessed but I love it! Constantly seeing whats happening in the forums and brillant for getting hints and tips about it all. And with logging everything can keep a track of whats going in and what effort I'm putting out. I'm hoping for some equally addicted friends to

I like to browse the recipes so I dont get bored with what I am eating. Tried a new one at lunch today and it was great, and for a change I feel like I was able to eat something different which I think helped me feel more content. I also like to see what kinds of exercises my friends are doing as a sort of way to motivate me!
