After my weigh in on Tuesday I will be taking a few days off to get some cravings out of the way while trying not to put on 2 much weight (hopefully none at all). I have heard about this zig zagging "diet" that I want to try. But i'm not sure if the numbers the calc game me is my net or not. This is what it looks like what do you think.
I am 5'8 190
Monday: 1520
Tuesday: 1520
Wednesday: 1824
Thursday: 1520
Friday: 1520
Saturday 1673
Sunday: 1520
I'm not sure if I consume these numbers but keep my net at 1200 after exercise will it work or is it these numbers after exercise??
Please help! Thanks in advance!!

Honestly that's way too low for someone 5'8" and 190lbs. You will lose weight no matter what.
1800 sounds more like a reasonable average for you.
In fact you might undereat so much that your body might go into starve and not actually lose weight.0 -
I like to see the responses you get on this... I'm not sure either...0

Always eat your exercise calories!!
I'm not to sure about this Zig Zag thing I keep hearing about, but I think you should just stick to your daily calories, and if you're having cravings, don't take " a couple of days off" just eat what it is that you want, and make sure that you make up for it in exercise calories. (go ahead and eat that candy bar, but make sure you burn off the extra calories that you've consumed!)0 -

Thanks.. I will have that candy bar lol! I do that now but my cals are around 1200 so i'm guessing i'm to low. But on days I hit like 15-1600 my weight goes up.0
