I know that there are lots of supplement that claims to speed up metabolism and control hunger. Does it really work and if so any suggestions .

    I've never taken them, because they all have side effects I wouldn't risk. Drink lots of water, that way you won't feel as hungry, and eat several small meals throughout the day. They say there are veggies like peppers and cayenne pepper that boost your metabolism.

    I was watching Dr. Oz one day and he said drink green tea. Matcha green tea to be exact. It has triple the antioxidant in it than regular green tea. You can get it online or at an asian market. It boost metabolism and give you energy. It's great!
