My First Small NSV

Hi All,

Just wanted to share a small nsv.

And i hope i'm not dreaming about this but i believe my work pants are feeling looser everyday around my legs.

This makes me very excited and i do hope when i get on the scales tomorrow that this is the case and i am doing this right.


What are other peoples nsv's??

That's an awesome feeling when the clothes are looser!! Great news for you!! My NSV is someone told me "I was wasting away to nuthin' " LOL...It's about time someone says something..I've gone from a 14 to a size 6(which are getting looser) since July(even though my weight isn't where I want it). It's a frustrating road sometimes so be willing to celebrate EVERY NSV you can! I am happy for you!!

Today I was late to a family function because the dress I was planning on wearing was too big, and I had to scramble to find something else to wear. I made sure to tell everyone about my positive "wardrobe malfunction."

I had a couple NSV this week. I tried on some dresses I haven't worn in at least a year and a blue jean jacket that I hadn't been able to fit my arms in in forever actually fit and were a little loose! I was so excited!

Congrats all around!!

Yesterday I had the energy/will to completely rearrange my room and sort through all my clothes and stuff (clearing out winter stuff, and putting my smaller stuff in a 'holding drawer'). I even moved some furniture! I never would have had that kind of motivation or energy before my lifestyle change! YAY NSV!

On Friday a co-worker stopped me to ask how much I had lost, she saw me walk by her and said she had to do a double take at me as she said I was really slimming down. Always a good feeling when someone who doesn't know you are trying to lose weight notices!
