I was sitting at my laptop while surfing MFP - looked over at my exercise ball and thought - this is kinda stupid. So the chair is now moved aside and I'm sitting on my ball surfing MFP.

Then - my 20 month old grandson brought his soccer ball in - set it on the floor beside me - and sat on it.

omg what can I do about that except love him to death!

Great Idea---I love when my little ones join me on the floor doing sit-ups and pushups. The little ones make life soooo worth it. Plus they give you the belly laughs which also helps in calorie burning

That's a good idea. I should switch to sitting on my exercise ball when I'm using my computer. It's got to be better than this ofice chair I've broken because I weigh more than it's recommended weight limit. Cheaper than replacing it as well.

    Thanks for sharing the idea.

How adorable, kids certainly do make life enjoyable. And sitting on the exercise ball is good for you, I wonder if sitting on a soccer ball is good for you ?

That is so cute. Your grandson wants to be just like you!
As far as the exercise balls. I have two. One for my exercises and one is specifically used as my office chair.
I used to work for a website development company and we all used balls, instead of chairs. They relieve back strain because your weight while sitting is transferred to and through the ball, instead of all your upper body weight pressing on your tail bone.

That's cute! :) Way to be a good example.
I haven't sat on the ball at my desk yet, but I do often sit on it when catching up on my television shows. Sit on the ball and use some hand weights and you've got yourself a little workout. :)
