and mexican food preferably tacos, and ranch dressing!

ooooooo and triple chocolate cheesecake!!!!! :) i would love you FOREVER if you could remove the calories from chocolate!
  • Ohh, I say we remove the calories from all the damn food that we all love and put it in the stuff we dislike and will never eat.
  • No use in wishing... Day dreaming about unhealthy food isnt going to make it any easier to give them up. It just makes you crave them worse!

Instead think of a big healthy home roasted chicken breast with cajun spicing or something! Or a steak with garlic! Delicious things that dont make us wobble! Things we can actually have!

YES!!! Cashew Nuts are the bomb!! but at 180 calories per ounce, it quickly becomes a Gut Bomb!! thats just unfair!!

Calories ain't the problem is the amount of processed garbs with high glycemic indexes that you decide to eat. CARBS is what make people fat...when u eat too much in a day your blood sugar remains high so u have to produce more insulin to metabolize that sugar..some get used for energy, some gets stored in the liver and muscle tissue the excess (which everyone that eats these types of food will have) are stored as fat.
There are alternatives to these treats you desire...but...you have to be willing to make them from scratch..they only take 45 minutes total at most without flour :-)
