At parnera bread they show you how many calories are in your meal. However, on this site and at the restaurant , they dont show you what something is without a condiment, item, etc. For example, today I got a thai chopped chicken salad which is 390 calories. However, I didnt have the salad dressing, only the peanut dressing. It does not let you log that in on here and since I can only eat 1200 calories, every little thing can count. So I went on their website, and you can find your item and subtract any item you didnt have. That is so cool~ just wanted to share that for people like me :-)

That's awesome...I too can only eat 1200 calories daily so I know how much every little bit counts! I am a frequent visitor to Panera Bread and never knew how to figure it out. Thanks so much for the info!

If you want a small salad you have to order soup or a sandwich. They always give you side items whether you want them or not. Unless I have someone to share with I feel like I have to eat too many calories. So I appreciate the calorie information and the healthy choices but it isn't as easy as it seems there to figure out and control your calories intake.

I would enter the 330 calories you did eat quick calories. Make a note at the bottom of your food diary as to what you ate.

Did you eat the bread served with it? If you did that is 180 calories.

I love this salad. I get it everytime I go there.

Qdoba also has a nutritional calculator like Panera. Love it!
