Any New Challenges for April??

I'm ready for a Challenge. I already work out 5-6 days a week and love it and am seeing the changes. I just started my 2nd out of 15 days of a cleansing with ParaGone and Atkins. So far, no cheats. Just talked to my Naturalist and he said to shock the body in a healthy manner and set a mini-goal.

I really want to loose 20 lbs by the end of April. I have done it before but sometimes, as we all do, it gets frustrating to keep up with it. But I so want to feel better!

    i am running A 10 lb mens olny challange for march but thinking of doing a men vs women challange for april ???
