i am thinking of purchasing Insanity and i would like some feedback. im basically at a plateau and need something to help me break through it. i currently do heavy weights 3x a week and turbo kick/turbo fire 3-4 days a week. if anyone has any pros or cons or even pics they could share that would be awesome! thanks!

I loved Insanity. I did it right after completing P90X and felt it was the hardest exercise program I have every done. With that said I'd do it again and again and I can't wait for The Asylum to come out.

I'm doing insanity for the 2nd time and I love it as well. It's very intense but a great workout. It's a great way to build up your endurance. The program gets more and more intense as you go so that you wont plateau. I would recommend it.

I love insantity too but only do it one day a week as I do the the P90x and use the Insanity as the cardio instead. It can be hard on the knees but fun and really gets your heart rate up!!

There is some strength training involved but it's mostly cardio. The majority of the strength training comes from the push ups, plank work, and squats. There's also an ab workout.
