Burnout!

Hey all! Here's the rather lengthy story: Finished P90X back in August, then started grad school and did not a thing until January. Then did Slim in 6 and finished it, so I moved on to 30-Day Shred. I don't like the shred, I just don't feel like I'm getting a great workout. So I started Insanity and HOLY COW it just shredded my knees, so I went to a Slim in 6/P90X hybrid and I've been there ever since. I'm completely burned out and need a new routine! I'd like a circuit-training type program that kinda gets everything, preferably around an hour or so a day. Thoughts??

i have turbo fire and absolutely love it but am at a plateau with it now. it uses HIIT (high intensity interval training) to make you burn more fat. does have alot of jumping if thats what bothers your knees but so much fun and awesome music!

I got bored and burned out as well. I now do C25K, P90x, sand volleyball, weights, 10-15 mile bike rides on Saturday, golf on Sunday. If I don't do something different each day, I start to lose interest.

I also think that the different workouts have limited my plateau's. I have been amazed that I keep losing.

    Start running :)
It mixes up my workout routine because I have tempo runs, slow long runs, speedwork, and hill workouts!
Plus I do P90X as well..

It was the jumping that did it-I've had 2 knee surgeries so I don't have much cartilage left-ouch! :( I've been wanting to try turbo fire....maybe some odd hybrid can be made....

I hash once a week, but my knees can't handle running every day unfortunately :( I trail run every couple of weeks which is much easier on the pain than concrete, but still-ouch!

there is a girl on the dvd who does lower impact but the same intensity. also love Chalean Extreme with heavy weight lifting. im just stuck right now and actually looking into insanity. but i do see ppl doing hybrids on here with turbo fire. good luck! i have been doing turbo consistanly for about 2 years now and i havent even in the least bit got burnt out on it but that probably why i hit my plateau!
