Hello, i am fairly new to this site but havent used it much. I am cindy, i am trying to lose 40 pounds. I started at 214 and now am down to 203 so i am doing ok but am having motivation problems and need help/tips staying on track. Maybe a buddy to talk to regularly? or some tips you used that helped you, plzzz someone help. Friend requests would be nice too since i have barely any friends on here =] Thankss

    Hey girl! You have definitely come to the right place. I joined MFP late last July at my highest weight ever of 204.8 & am almost to my goal now...so just know that it can be done.
