Hey all! A co-worker just showed me this site last night. I'm looking forward to watching what I eat and a little exercise! I'm hoping this message board is a little nicer than ones I've been on in the past! Good luck to you all! Wishing you the best!

    Welcome, and YES, this site IS VERY nice! You won't find more supportive, helpful people anywhere!
    So with that, and the wonderfully easy to use daily food log, you WILL lose the weight that you want to.
    It's always a good idea to log your foods BEFORE you eat them, rather than after. That way, once you see your totals, you might want to make better food choices.

    I agree with the above and have one thing to add, weigh and/or measure everything, I know my eye was much larger than actual :noway:
