How do you log your Turbo Fire w/o an HRM?

I don't have an HRM but how do you log your TF on MFP?

I use the kickboxing (including Turbo Jam) option that is in the database minus one hundred or two hundred since I think the database projects the calorie burn too high.0

Yeah, I agree with it being too high. I used my HRM on my TurboJam workout & my reading was way lower! I'm still learning the program so I'm not as intense as the vid...YET! :happy:0

i have used an hrm and using the kickboxing with turbo jam has been pretty close. i actually burn a few more then mfp says. only about 20-40 off.0
