10 Minutes Workout Videos

I've seen these 10 minute work out videos at so many places... has anyone tried them. It's only 10 minutes, it makes me wonder if they actually work...

Anyone who has tried this, please gives your input

    I've done the biggest loser one. Beats sitting on my butt watching TV :happy:

    For someone who is new to working out, I would think they would be great. I like to do one or two for a warm-up before my workout, but I do have some that I do all of them on the dvd and it's a good 50-60 minute workout. It all depends on your fitness level and how many of them you do.
  • I think they are meant for adding to your other workouts. Like going for a run and doing one of them ect...Or doing one on a rest day. Or if you are short on time and only have 10 minutes to work out...

    That makes more sense. I do the Dance Off the Inches Cardio Hip Hop . It takes at least 30 minutes to do. It's so much fun, because after you have the moves down you feel like you're dancing instead of work out. I find myself doing the moves to hip hop music too =P

    I was just trying to find another fun video to do for working out. Something to do when the weather isn't nice enough for walking. If anyone has ideas let me know. =)

    If your new to workouts they do not offer warm up section or cool down sections.
    so you can easily injure yourself.
    But they are ok if you know what you are doing.
