Getting up, dusting myself off...

and getting back on the horse tomorrow!

This is mostly just making myself accountable, to help make sure I actually do it tomorrow. But if any of you had similar weekends and want to share, I would love to hear.

In reality I didn't blow it as bad as I could have. First date, (amazing, and totally worth every calorie), Friday night, road trip and my niece's bday party on Saturday. Got up thus morning to head to the gym, and the power in my whole town was out. So with gym closed, I went next door and did some 8 ounce curls with friends in a dark bar. Still no power by dinner, so went out for pizza.

Three days, little exercise, and more junk and alcohol that I have had in two months. Ugh, at least my body is punishing me, and I am so going to start over and get to my workout in the am.

    I've had a crazy stressful weekend (damage control for my Friday night drinking adventure) and turned to eating as much chocolate and peanut butter as I could get my hands on! But I'll be back tomorrow! Just got to take it one day at a time :smile:

    Yummmmm, chocolate!!!!

    Good luck getting back on track. Already hit the gym myself, and plan to take a spin class this evening.
