what to have for breakfast

Love sweets in the morning, any ideas what to have without ruining my diet???

    Oatmeal with brown sugar blend Splenda and apples :) or a fruit smoothie

    I have muesli with mixed fresh berries (eg strawberries, blueberries, etc), honey and greek yoghurt.

    Museli or fruit with yoghurt is nice - with some honey for added sweetness if need be. :happy:

    I have several breakfast optiions:

    1. whole grian waffles (sugar free syrup) topped with fresh berries & turkey sausage

    2. eggwhites, turkey or tofu crumbles, shredded sheese toopeed with salsa

    3. cottage cheese mixed with fruit and nuts

    I have fruit and fibre with skimmed milk for breakfast :) its really nice and fills me up until lunch time soo no im not snacking on rubbish in between meals!
