it is thee most incredible feeling once you start to figure out what caused your weightgain and realize its not going to be as big of a problem as you thought is was. i had noo idea how many calories i was taking in on a normal daily basis till i joined this site. and to think i thought my weight gain was genetic being tht im the smallest female in my family. just thought i wud share with everyone since im soo psyched about it.
