I'm a 40yr mom of 4 from Ontario and I want to get my sexy back!!

I've set a goal to lose 20lbs by the end of May (my birthday) as we're planning a shopping trip to the states!! I'm down 3lbs already!!! just by tracking. This week I'm adding in Hot Yoga & a 5k running clinic.

Last week went well with tracking and food choices, but the weekend sucked! Wine & cheese show, dinner at the keg, left over junk from my sons birthday party. I really need to work on my will power.

I don't normally post on message boards, I usually just read through posts ... but I decided to step it up and make myself accountable so I'm posting here :-)
