Flour and Potatoes

I've removed flour products from my eating plan and have had great results. Today makes one week since I started this plan. I thought I'd really miss these things but so far have not. I have eaten small amounts of brown rice and sweet potatoes, but that's it.
I feel really good and it's easier to move around. I noticed that I have a clearer head and I'm not so short on patience. All in all I feel great!
