low cal smoothies

i make one of these every day. they taste soooo good and are only about 120 calories and fat free.

about 5 strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup fat free soy milk (or skim milk)
about 6 pieces of ice


you could pretty much use any kind of berries you like. i like it with just strawberries as well.
