hi,

i was wondering...
do different foods e.g. carbs, sugars etc put weight on to different places on your body e.g. belly, thighs etc.

i need to lose weight from my belly more than any where else so maybe restricting this food group more could help?

also any good exercises for bellies???

xxxx

  • i've got a diet book that says no carbs after 5pm , if you want to lose your tummy weight , crunches are the sure fire way to get in trim , start off with about 50 and then aim for 100 - 200 a day ...... don't forget to do some high impact aerobics to burn off the fat too

Actually i've just found the book and it says starch curfew which means carbs, so no bread , pasta , rice after 5 pm

i try to avoid carbs a lot more now days. i have a small portion of cous cous/ rice with my evening meal (about half a cup-cooked) it adds just enough stability so i dont want to snack.

need to bump up the cardio!!
