Body calorie monitors in the UK?

I have seen people mention body calorie monitors that you wear all day, and they tell you exactly how many calories you have burnt.

Can anyone recommend one that is available in the UK?
I don't want to spend too much.

I have seen people mention BodyBugg and BodyMedia Fit.
