Hello All! I am new to myfitnesspal and am trying to get more fit and lose some additional weight. I have been on here only 20 min or so but already like the layout of the website. Very easy to log food and exercise in and I like the added benefit of being able to track progress and print out a tangable report.

Good luck to all you out there who are trying to better yourselves as well!!
