Vacation in 1 month, no where near my goal weight

I'm going on vacation in 1 month and have been exercising and watching what I eat (most of the time) for a few months now. I had a baby in November and for some reason expected the weight to fall right off... NOPE! it's so hard, anyone have advice on how to shed lbs quickly? I only want to be down one pant size by April 21st. My goal is to go from a 14 down to a 8-10 but if I could just make it to a 12 by then I'd be thrilled.
