Weight loss stalled

Been at this since the first of the year. Lost 20 lbs. But the last month or so, I have not lost anything. It flucuates 5 lbs. up and down. Been doing P90X, working hard on the cardio and using as much weight has I can with the strength training. I know when you build muscle it's not going to show as much on the scales. But shouldn't some of this excess fat be coming off? Didn't get measurements when I started (wish I would of) so can't tell what is going on there. My clothes are fitting more loosely. But still want to get rid of this extra crap.
