One goal down....another to achieve....

Good morning boys and girls. I hope everyone ha a nice weekend. Now that I have completed one major goal in my life, I need to focus on my second goal.....lose this weight! I'm almost positive that the reason for my slow weight loss is because of the inflated calorie burn numbers on the machines. I would just eat all the calories back I believe my recent purchase of a HRM will help me greatly.

But, I need your help. I’m going to Boston in May and I want to reach my mini goal….21 lbs in 2 months. It will be tough but I think I may be able to accomplish it. I’m not asking for a babysitter. But if you notice me slacking on my workouts or eating too much bad food, I would like you to yell at me. I may need a push or a kick in the butt to remind myself why I’m on here.     We live pretty close to one another... if it ever stays warm out, maybe we can go for a run? When I workout with someone it pushes me more.

    Sure! I'm a pretty slow runner though :)
