Lost weight but gained body fat and lost lean muscle. Please

Hello my name is Tom. I have just completed a 6 week Biggest Loser type program at my local gym. I t was very successful. I have lost a total of 18 lbs which I am proud of and inches off from every where. My problem is that when they took our body fat % mine went up by 5.5% and lean muscle went down by 2.7%. I went to the gym 3-5 times a week doing cardio, TRX and other strength training so I am a little confused as to what is happening to my body. Can anybody help me.

Hey Tom! 3.0 pounds a week is alot but for a man could be a normal pace. Are you eating enough healthy carbs before you workout? Maybe you should discuss it with your doctor and/or trainer. Hang in there. Now that you mentioned that I am going to check mine!! Best wishes on your journey and there are some really good coaches on here that might be able to help you!!0
