Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great long weekend! I finally have returned home, and thus returned to my scale, after being out of town for a week and a half. I'm up to 151.0 at the moment, but once I get back to eating regular food and regular exercise, I should be fine. But I'll fess up to it on here and post it, hopefully next week it'll say 147 again! Or at least closer to it.

I know we've already had several of you (!!!!) hit the 20 pound mark, and a few others that could probably use a few extra weeks to get there (myself included, even tho I'm only aiming to lose 11 pounds or so total). So, who's up for a Part 4???
I'm also thinking of making a nice Excel spreadsheet chart to post every week with the weigh ins, so that it's a little less chaotic than posting in the list. You can post or mail me your weigh in and I'll compile the chart to post on Tuesdays or something.0 -

I missed weighing in last week. But, the past couple weeks have been great! Weight just falling off me! Thank goodness. June was pretty slow/stagnant... so, in almost 2 wks, i've lost 3.2 lbs! yay!!
