Missing something

Soup here. It's been a couple of days since I first joined, but I seem to be missing something. A little something called...........half a pound!!!! :happy: I know it's not much, but it's a start. It means half a pound less than 2 days ago. I don't expect to lose something every other day, but at least a little each week. Just reading everyone's posts has been such a motivation to me. This will help make my journey a bit easier. Well....gotta go run some errands. Be back soon.

I was just saying in another message though that I don't think people should weigh in every day. I only weigh in once a week, at the same time. It can get too discouraging if you are being really good, yet the scale shows a gain! Try to keep that in mind, ok?0 -
