I made chili the other day and figured out all the calories, fat, and carbs for the whole pot. Is there a way I can figure out for one serving size (2 cups) is? Do I need to know how many cups I had in the pot? Because I'm not sure- but I can guess. I wanted it to be as close as possible.

Iusually just measure mine out when I am transferring it to another container0

If you put everything in as a Recipe, then figure out how many servings there are, it will do the math for you. I made chili this weekend too and did a pound of burger, 2 cans of chili beans, 1 cup dried beans, a jar of home-canned tomatoes, a small can tomato sauce, and some chili powder...that usually runs me about six servings and 1 1/2 cups each. Not sure if that helps at all!0

Yeah, I also count my servings when I transfer the leftovers to a big container or individual serving containers. I grab a measuring cup and start counting as I transfer!0
