I always used to have masses of sugar in my tea and coffee - then many, many years ago I stopped the sugar in my tea and would never dream of having it now. So, still had sugar in my coffee until about 6 weeks ago when I gave it up, cos was just having toooo mnay of them on a daily basis - just treated myself on the odd ocassion when a bit of comfort was required and I'd have one to help the day go faster, a warm sugary coffee mmmmmmm. I had one just now, I drank it, but didn't enjoy it, and it's left a vile taste in my mouth ... think that might be my last sugary coffee treats .......... :cry: or is it :bigsmile:

  • Organic Honey or Organic Sugar is the best in coffee ! I haven't had anything but Organic Honey and Sugar in my house now for about two years !

    Agave syrup is a great alternative to sugar, it's sweet and it's delicious it tastes just like honey! Agave is better because it does not impact your sugar level like sugar or honey, I tried it for the first time a few weeks and I was shocked how great it was! You can put in tea, on pancakes or waffles, oatmeal it's a great natural sweetner, better than splenda or equal in my opinion!
