i want it off for good!!

I just started on this website today, but have been trying to stay motivated for a few months now. I have lost approximately 10 pounds that i am proud of. My only setback is my schedule. I am trying to finish school, work, and keep my house in shape. I work a 12 hour night shift 2-3 days per week, and try to keep those days clumped together if possible. Lately, i have been working hard on my feet when at work. Unclear how much this counts as a good workout because the first few hours are hectic and the last few hours aren't as bad. Can never predcict how busy i will be. i have been trying to keep tabs on my diet, eating less at work, but need tips on what to eat!! i am a carboholic and need help!!
