    Frozen, without a doubt.

Frozen, its not processed and preserved. The freezing does that.

Frozen...not only that but it can sometimes contain more nutrients than fresh if they are frozen at their peak.

Not to mention, a lot less preservatives and lower sodium!

Frozen vegetables can actually be better than fresh! Vegetables start to lose their nutrients after being picked. Frozen vegetables are usually flash frozen just a few hours after being picked. "Fresh" vegetables, especially if bought in a supermarket in an area like mine where there is little growing done, have probably spent days traveling to your location and maybe a few days more sitting in the produce section. They've lost quite a bit of their nutritional value in that time. Frozen vegetables are also usually cheaper as well as more nutritious.

Canned vegetables are high in sodium and taste awful (in my opinion). I thought I hated asparagus growing up because I only ever had canned. Imagine my surprise when I ate the fresh stuff for the first time, lol.
