I know they're over priced, but results don't lie. Creatine and arginine work.

Anywho, if you supplement: what's your stack and why?

I'm on 1MR pre workout for energy/vascularity, cell mass post workout for recovery/growth and muscle milk to feed the muscles. I couldn't hit my daily calories without the muscle milk. Every now and then I pop a couple atrophex if I'm dragging.
