Late Exercise & Net Calorie

My gym closes at 12 AM and I usually go at 11 PM for 45 min. Before gym I have usually consumed 1200 calories and I don't eat (and go to bed) after gym. I haven't been seeing weight loss in a few weeks. I want eat some of my burned off calories from now on so that my NET calorie, not my total calorie, is 1200. I'm suspicious that my body is used to my routine and is starving itself because I'm not eating enough. My problem is that I go to gym late at night because of my busy school schedule. I spend much of my time in the library after classes end until a little before 11 PM. I don't like to eat after gym, especially since I'm about to hit bed afterwards. Do you think I should eat around 1500 calories during the day so that after gym, my net is about 1200? (Actually, the elliptical machine usually says I burned ~500 calories but I'm not sure if I can trust that.)

on workout days spread the calories out so that you do not need to eat so many post workout. Gorging on calories post workout and that late are counterproductive to what the body wants to do. If I remember correctly you posted earlier on not losing the weight and working out lots, did you get the chance to read my post about just that?

Yes, eat the exercise calories through the day, before the exercise. You need to make sure your net calories are not below 1200, and since your goal IS 1200, you need to eat ALL of your exercise calories.
