today I gave in and ate half of a cupcake someone brought in to work...it was so delishious but high in fat and calories!
I was also curious if anyone knows if we shouldn't be eating our exercise calories...or only eating some of them? I'm confused!

I personally eat all or most of my exercise calories. I've lost weight doing that so I am stickin to it.0

How do we know what our exercise calories are? I eat 1200 cal. a day but walk 2 miles. Should I be eating more?0

/yeah... you put in you exercise and it figures the extra calories you need. Best bet is to get a heart rate monitor to be acurate0
