A rant for the big footed women out there

Jesh, I just spent an hour with my 3 ladies all 5 and under, one of them 6 months and hungry, in the rain-out trying to find shoes for exercise. I only did two different stores. When I talk about the big footed women-I am not talking size 11-you guys can still find shoes. I know, I some times just buy 11's, but not with exercise shoes.
The thing with being a size 12 the people think-oh they have big feet, the like ugly shoes. I went to DSW, they do carry a few 12's-1pair of running shoes in the whole store. I always buy saucony, they fit my feet best. I found a pair and asked if I could order or find a store that has them-NO 12's AT ALL. I said-look at any saucony shoe-NOTHING. Then she tells me to go look at the mens-do I look like a man to you!?! I am a woman, I wear women shoes. They are made differently-this just made me want to hit the lady-she was very nice so I of course didn't. Sorry this is just frustrating.
We all have big feet in the fam. A couple of my bros are in a size 15. They all have special bowling shoes-or else they couldn't bowl at the alley. Show a little love for the tall people of the world-come on!!! I am going to start shopping at a drag store I think.

lol I TOTALLY get what you mean!!! I wore size 11 before my spinal injury so that means with my leg braces I need a 12-13WW. Drag stores have GREAT selections on dressy shoes and sandals, but not so much on flats or athletic shoes

Thank you!! I went to saucony on line. My mom just told me she went up a size and no longer fits into a 12:(!! She has just succumbed to the mens shoe. So I expressed delivered and I should have my shoes in 3-4 days!!!! They were only $55 and even cute-well once I get them-size 12 no matter what are never really cute-haha.

i feel ya, though i was an 11 till i had my little boy and now for some reason i cant fit into my 11, it stinks!!!!!!!!!!!
