I need the nutritional info on Applebee's Three Cheese Chicken Penne. I know its gotta be really bad for you, but it was soo good!

    I would probably estimate it at something similar to Olive Gardens Chicken Alfredo - although Applebee's is known to have EXTRA high calories, so it may have even more than that (which is 990)

    Yes that's what I do as well..if you can't find it....estimate it using another restaurants nutritional information..like Olive garden...Either way..I think it is pretty high in calories to say the least!
