Recovering Anorexic Support

I'm 5"2 and I weigh 80 pounds. I'm slightly younger than I should be to be on this site but I was told I need to get it up to 90 pounds or I would die. Previously I had been doing under 1000 calories a day, and burning around 1,000 calories a day ( Skating vigorously for 3 hours then going on the tredmill burning 400 calories at least everyday. I have serious panic attacks whenever I come around food. For instance last year I would eat easily two cups of mashed potatoes and then 1/2 a cup of gravy with chicken...last night I had a panic attack and burst out sobbing when someone tried to give me a small portion of potatoes. I need to gain the weight as quickly as is healthy, but I don't want it to be fat necessarily. I would just like some support on this site when ever I start to go way below my calorie needs which I am afraid I will begin to do.
