1lb ground Turkey
1 chopped red onion
5 chopped celerey stalks
1 cup frozen veg
1 large can chunky tomaots
1 large can crushed tomatos
1 bag pre cut coleslaw mix
garlic powder
soy sauce
cumin
chili flakes
beef stock packets
I pretty much eyeball the ingredients, fry up turkey in a bit of olive oil so it doesnt stick add salt and pepper, cumin, garlic powder, chili flakes, add onions and celery fry for a bit. Add cans tof tomatos, frozen veg, simmer then add most of the slaw mix and stock cubes. Ill throw in a bit of soy sauce as well, and extra chili flakes. Im not too sure on the calories, Im guessing around 230-300 per serving. I eat this alot... make a pot then freeze it and eat it for lunch.
