I'm still getting over the flu i caught this weekend and it would probably not be wise to do a hard work out.
Any ideas?

    Walk! Get some fresh air and burn some calories. Hope you are 100% soon!

    I would keep it easy. Your body is already working overtime trying to get rid of the virus that has tried to take over. If you stress it too much you could just end up being sick that much longer and therefore missing a lot more workouts.

    Walking is the greatest medicine for so many things. Be gentle on yourself and you'll get over the flu faster! Maybe some gentle stretching and deep breathing would be good (and feel good) too.

    I have been sick too. I have just been resting.
    REST REST REST!
    Your body will recover faster with rest. But getting out in the fresh air will help.
    Just watch your calories for now.
    I know it is frustrating when you want to work out but you can't.
    Hope this helps and get better quick
