hi guys,
kinda silly question, i work sitting down all day, there are 2 shifts, 8 hours + 12 hours, 12 hours i get pains in my legs from sitting down all day, i usually get time for 15-30 mins walking on my lunch break, but . . . .
if i march on the spot (while there are no customers in the store - its very quiet!) can i still count the steps on pedometer or do i have to actually go outside and walk for it to count?
i have to be at the till at all times for security reasons :flowerforyou:
thanks guys

I think so, you're still moving and practically walking in place so yes I'd count it (: :flowerforyou:

I'd say count them.
Walking in place is still walking.0 -
the steps in place count. I used to wear the pedometer when I would do my walk away the pounds videos. They are in place
You go girl!!!!

When walking in place, I'd be sure to lift your knees high, sway your hips, and pump your arms -- really make good on those steps!0
