hi guys,

kinda silly question, i work sitting down all day, there are 2 shifts, 8 hours + 12 hours, 12 hours i get pains in my legs from sitting down all day, i usually get time for 15-30 mins walking on my lunch break, but . . . .

if i march on the spot (while there are no customers in the store - its very quiet!) can i still count the steps on pedometer or do i have to actually go outside and walk for it to count?

i have to be at the till at all times for security reasons :flowerforyou:

thanks guys

I think so, you're still moving and practically walking in place so yes I'd count it (: :flowerforyou:

    I'd say count them.
Walking in place is still walking.

the steps in place count. I used to wear the pedometer when I would do my walk away the pounds videos. They are in place :) You go girl!!!!

When walking in place, I'd be sure to lift your knees high, sway your hips, and pump your arms -- really make good on those steps!
