Is to much fiber a bad thing ? I seem to be going over my daily limit,but cant understand why that would be bad.

    No, not bad at all! MFP sets the goal very low. Most adults need 25-30g fiber a day.

    Agreed, women under I believe 55 should be getting about 25 a day, men 34. I upped the bottom line to 25 from MFP's 13. I get anywhere from 30-sometimes over 40 g's a day.
