Ok, I found out I didn't get a job that we desperately needed to keep a float and I'm trying to not let it bother me too much, but we needed that job. My husband is the only one working and it's part-time and I'm having no luck in getting in anywhere let alone anyone hiring. Right now I want to eat even though I planned my dinner and I'm not hungery. UGH I feel like I'm slipping back into my old habits.

I'm trying to not overly worry but I just can't help it. UGH I just want to eat and cry.

Thanks for listening I just need to vent.

Hang in there! Go for a walk or take a long hot shower. Also, drink some water!

Sending you a big hug!! Go take a nice relaxing shower or bath. Make a cup of warm herbal tea....hang in there. :)

Financial troubles are the number one thing that send me off the rails. I can definitely empathize. Rather than feeding myself and stuffing down the feelings, I have been letting myself feel them. And when I need a distraction, I go sweat it out. I put the headphones on and go have a sweat on the elliptical. But for you, that could mean taking a walk around the block, or putting on a workout DVD. I yell inside and complain because I want to self soothe. Bit once the sweat gets going, I feel better. And when I’m done, I have a whole lot better perspective on my problem than before I started.

Thanks everyone!! After I posted it I went and did Wii boxing and then did the rest of the Wii sports and I did feel better. It's hard not to fall back into old habits especially when I'm only on my second week of the weightloss journey. I just needed to put "pen to paper" (fingers to keyboard). Again thanks for listening and suggestions....hot shower is next!!
