If you've read anything I've posted, you know that I HATE being in front of the camera - well, let me say hated because as I start to see more changes and feel more confident, I find that I don't mind it so much, especially when I can see a difference. Some of you also know that I like swimming. so you can imagine that putting ona bathing suit isn't my favorite task, but hey, kinda necessary if you don't want to get arrested...In any event, I go to the gym and scurry past the myriad of mirrors because, frankly, I really don't want to see how big I am. Well, today, I had to wait a couple of minutes to get access to a shower and found myself stuck in front of one of those darned mirrors. Well, guess what? I actually didn't mind too much. I mean, I'm no model, but I could actually see curves and shapes that weren't just round! After years of being disgusted of seeing myself in the mirror, I think I had a reflective breakthrough of sorts. It just makes me want to work even harder and go after all my goals.

My story isn't unique. Anyone with any goals can accomplish anything they put their mind to.
