New Love
I love salads but I have always had problems with light dressings. I have a very sensitive taste towards any artificial sweetner...I can taste it in ANYTHING! Light/Fat Free Dressings are so gross to me!!
So I mostly have used olive oil/different types of vinegar but I really like creamy dressings.
I have started making this dressing and while I don't know the nutritional value, I know with the ingredients it has to be really light.
It's as follows:
1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 cup of 1 % milk
1 cup of non fat yogurt.
I mix it all with a whisk and store in a container for pouring and it keeps for a week!
It is AWSOMELY GOOD!!!!!!!!!

I found a good trick to make fat free ranch taste yummy (really good on chicken salads). Mix fat free ranch with just a LITTLE of franks red hot. It's spicy ranch, and you can't tell so much that it is fat free.0
