    How long did it take you to drop the 20lbs??

    I have been at this since end of Oct and down only 10lbs...its very irritating.

    I started working out in mid November 2010 and had lost 10 by the middle of January when I finished the Insanity program. I started the TurboFire workout right after I finished Insanity in mid January and have lost an additional 12 pounds so about 4 months for the 22 pounds. The first 2 months I did not track my food and tried to eat semi healthy but with the holidays that was hard. In mid January is when I started keeping track of my calories. Stick to it and don't quit :wink:
