Hi im Heather and im new to this,im kinda nervous on doing this because i never stick to it and i hope i do :(....im not used to feeling this bad about my self soo i could use alot of support ..thanks and good luck to me and every one ealse..

    My names Terri - but my mums name is Heather - think that counts lol. Am newbie also and have menopause kicking my butt.
