So my sisters wedding is in exactly 8 weeks from today. I have completely gone off track. I have been eating constantly and doing a whole lot of nothing. I need help to motivate myself to loose the rest of this weight. How have ya'll been staying motivated??

my sister and I are buying each other presents for all of our mini goals and 1 big present for out big goals. Im going to get her a massage when she loses her weight.0

I was just thinking of how taking up a new hobby that keeps my hands busy tends to keep me from overeating or binge eating. Like, I have been a knitter for several years and when I get onto a new project that I am excited about, I end up replacing the eating with the knitting! Is there anything you are interested in doing that will totally preoccupy you?0
